How long does it take to get a title loan?

We can get you the money today if you want but usually it takes about 24 hours.

What is the interest rate?

Our interest rates are dependent on the size of the loan.

How long do I have to pay back the title loan?

We give you 2-3 years to pay this back but you can pay it back anytime.

I wanted a short term loan. Is this different?

Since the interest is monthly, there is no prepayment penalty. Some people only need the loan for a few weeks, some people prefer a few years. It is all up to you.

What documents are needed?

Copy of your drivers license
Original Title (if you have it)
Insurance (we can help with this)
References
Proof of residence (verify where you live)
Proof that you have some income of at least $1,500 a month or a cosigner.

Should I come to your office first?

Actually that will only slow things down. The local offices just pay out the money and have you sign the forms. We do all the underwriting at the home office so it is actually faster to do this over the internet.

How is a Title Loan different from an Auto Pawn?

An auto pawn makes you leave your car on their lot. We do not.

Do I need to be employed?

You need to show proof of income of at least $1,500 a month or have a cosigner that does.

I was rejected by my bank because of my credit. Is this going to be an issue with you?

We only use your credit to see if you are in bankruptcy or in credit counseling. Other than that, you are fine.

My car has another loan on it. What do I do now?

Depends on how much the other loan is for and how much is outstanding. We can pay off old car title loan companies and/or a few payments on existing loans.

I live in California but my car is titled in another state. Is this a problem?

Yes, you would have to get the title transferred but the good news is that we can do this for you.

My mortgage (or rent) is late. Is this a problem?

Not an issue at all. Actually we kind of expect this.

Do I have to have a checking account at the bank?

No unless you are self employed.

How does my car title get changed at the DMV?

We do all the DMV work for you so you do not have to worry about this.
